Even though the courts are closed, it is still necessary to answer tickets. Some court clerks are working processing the tickets and setting court dates. Suspensions for failure to answer may still be ordered. We have been given no guidance from the courts. We are still proceeding if suspensions for failing to respond are possible. If you have already been suspended we can try to get that taken case of for courts with clerks that are working. The court charges $70 per ticket that resulted in a suspension. We are here to answer your questions.
